Langhe and Roero are two very different territories: the first one is characterised by sweetness, the second one by its wildness. They have one thing in common: they both make excellence products celebrated all over the world. We will discover these products step by step, travelling by bike or on foot and sometimes stopping to taste wines and cheese and to enjoy the views between the hills.

Arrival and setup in rural tourism.
The morning will be devoted to the Eco-museum of the Fortresses of the Roero that gathers in an only sky-opened museum the eight communes of summit risen after the year thousand on the fault of the "Fortresses." From Cistern to Pocapaglia he comes upon in a territory only fact of suburbs castled on the ridges of the hills a unique flora composed by dry microclimates that cohabits nearby to others extremely damp. The Fortresses are a geologic phenomenon of erosion that characterizes the central portion of the Roero creating canyons that sink for hundreds of meters.
After the lunch with "Bio Pic-Nic" : menu of the dishes typical of Langa and Roero in style "bio" with flat, glasses and biodegradable silver wares, you can choose among the 18 thematic paths of the Roero to cross a foot or in mountain bike in autonomy or with a companion.
The visit in a wine cellar of Vezza of dawn will conclude your day in joy tasting wines and local typical products.
Reentry and supper in rural tourism.
Our trip continues from the Roero to the heart of the Low Langa with the visit to the WIMU of Barolo for a trip through the culture and the tradition of the wine. It departs from the last floor with a descent between dark and light, sound and color to discover the wine in all of its meanings, for then to make free to the history of the castle and the characters that you have lived you, Julia of Barolo and Silvio Pellico, and to end with the Temple of the Eno-tourists whether to live and to finally taste the wine of the kings.

The visit to the fortitude of Serralunga, imposing and stately, from which an enchanting panorama of the Langhe enjoys him it tells us the millennial history of this earth and the job of the man that, walking among the vineyards, a viticulture will tell us shortly after; at the end of the day and after having learned the techniques of vinification you can finally taste this earth's wines combined to cheeses and meats in a typical wine cellar of Serralunga.
